After the notification, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products referred to will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from their receipt, otherwise, we consider the request unfounded/invalid and we can refuse the return.
Please notify us of your intention to return by email at contact@trufi.ro or by phone at 0761.367.117 (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00). Any change in the condition of the products that makes it impossible to sell the product as new, automatically leads to the refusal of the return. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point 47: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should touch and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do in -a shops. Products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out or which have been damaged by you will also not be accepted for return: they have damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear or use, scratches, chips, shocks, mechanical / electrical shocks; also, the return of products that are not accompanied by all accessories, have missing, twisted, deformed, torn, peeled, stained or dirty parts is not accepted.
The return of products that were the subject of a promotion with a gift product is only accepted if the gift received is also returned. The return in this case is valid only if the product has manufacturing defects and you do not accept the solution of replacing the defective product. Return costs are borne by the consumer. According to the legislation in force O.G. No. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, the consumer is defined as any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations. Legal entities do not benefit from product returns.
