All products on the website that are in stock can be picked up from our warehouse in Buzau or delivered to your home by fast courier. Telephone relations at 0761.367.117 (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00).
Through “Fast Courier” we have an average shipping time of about 2 working days, with the delivery of the products to your desired address. Isolated locations, far from large towns, mountain areas or the Danube Delta (certain areas) may have longer delivery times.
The products that are produced or imported to order have different delivery terms, which will be communicated to you. However, this term cannot be guaranteed, because the transport is carried out by a third party, namely the fast courier company, which reserves the right to prioritize its orders and delivery times. There are cases independent of our actions, when the shipping time by fast courier can exceed 48 hours. During periods like Easter, Christmas, Black Friday, the delivery time of the couriers increases. Orders made on Friday after 15:00, Saturday and Sunday are processed starting on Monday. You will be called by the courier company to set the delivery date, for this reason it is very important to provide us with a phone number when you place an order. Before sending the order, please check it carefully, especially the delivery dates and the phone number where you can be contacted by both our operators and the courier company. If you will not be found on the date and time set by the agent for delivery, the ordered goods will be kept for three working days, during which time we will try to contact you again to finalize the delivery. If you cannot be found within this time frame, the order will be cancelled.
The delivery of oversized products: garden sheds, sheds, sheds, garages, playgrounds, slides, furniture (and any other products with large or heavy packaging) is done by the courier company to the “block door” or the “gate” in the case of houses. In the event that the house, the yard, the block or the location are inaccessible to cars, the delivery is made up to the point where it can be accessed by the delivery vehicle, asphalted or concrete road. Deliveries cannot be made on unimproved roads. Also, deliveries cannot be made in the Danube Delta towns that have access only by water. In these locations, delivery is made up to the maximum road access point. We are present on the SEAP platform, for purchases by public budgetary institutions, schools, mayors. Any product can be published in the SICAP/SEAP platform. For these, financial transactions are carried out only through our Treasury account. The images are for informational purposes only. Payment of products: You can pay for products purchased online in 3 ways: Payment on delivery / cash on delivery The order is paid to the representative of the fast courier company upon delivery of the package. Bank transfer (ideal for legal entities) After placing the order and knowing the total payment amount, pay the value of the products to our account. You will be contacted by one of our operators to send you the invoice by email. The bank transfer will be made according to the received invoice, the original invoice being present in the package. The order will be processed after we have payment confirmation. Payment by card – online When you receive the ordered products, it is important to check the integrity of the packages in the presence of the courier.
If the parcel/packaging is damaged/torn: For evidence, the package will be photographed and a report will be drawn up, together with the representative of the courier company, in which the state of the package from the moment of delivery will be mentioned. The risk of loss or damage to the products is fully transferred to you when you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered. If a carrier appointed by the consumer is used, the risk is transferred when the products are delivered to the carrier. Without this notification, any notification will not be taken into account because it is assumed that the packaging/product was damaged by the customer during handling.
Intact packaging, damaged product: If the package showed no signs of damage upon delivery, but after opening the package you encountered problems with the product (hit, scratched, bent, non-functional), you have 48 hours to report the problem to us. Prepare some pictures of the received product and its packaging from the inside and outside. Please note that we do not accept this type of notification after 48 hours. Any notification after the passage of this interval or installation will not be taken into account because it is assumed that the parts were damaged during installation/handling. Trufi.ro does NOT guarantee the availability of the displayed products in stock, which is why the company will have the right not to deliver if certain products no longer appear in the supplier’s offer or are no longer available for other reasons. Information related to products (pictures, titles, descriptions, prices) can be altered without our consent/knowledge due to software errors/cyber attacks. In these situations, we are not responsible for these actions and will not honor the affected orders.
